Our Mission:

Evening Harvest Productions was originally created to offer the community a way to promote our beautiful downtown Hayesville Square by offering a unique and unusual farmers market Evening Harvest Farmers Market with themes and live entertainment. It was such an overwhelming success and so supported and loved by our community that we have moved on to not only promote farmers markets and local grown agriculture but to offer our services to a larger group of non profits and businesses. Our main goal is to find unique and creative ways to bring tourist and clean industry to our area, while putting on events that produces revenue for local farmers, crafters, artist and musicians. that participate in our celebrations.

The EHP will assist producers, artists, crafters, businesses and organizations by providing a consumer source in an organized, attractive, efficient, and cost effective setting.

The Evening Harvest Market goals are to become an integral part of the community helping farmers and merchants located in the surrounding market area. The EHM will provide more exposure to the square by making the area more vibrant and offer opportunities to reach new customers not currently shopping in the Hayesville downtown area.

All Products are Produced Locally

Defined as within 100 miles of Clay County, NC Producers must grow a minimum of 50% of their products for sale. Exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Market Manager. All vendors will be approved through an application process
